  • Is R8ZER an online platform between startups and investors?
    As opposed to the conventional "fundraising platforms" where you still have to research and outreach investors by yourself, at R8ZER, we are proud to be considered a truly next generation, while providing 99% outsourced process and tangible value add — founders and GPs get qualified VC and LP investor intros right into their calendars, not being distracted from their core businesses. All in all — no, we are not the another platform.
  • How many and when can I expect investor calls?
    R8ZER solutions are tailored to help you get unparalleled value in a short time span, as other platforms can’t offer. That being said, based on the chosen package, on average, you can expect at least 5 intro calls, with first ones being scheduled yet on the second week.
  • Do you guarantee that I will get investor intro calls?
    As there are many factors we can’t control, such as your product, service or business model, quality of your investment materials, investors’ current pipeline building activity, and so on, we can’t guarantee that you will have intro calls. However, we offer Growth and Pro packages to help you increase likelihood of success.
  • Can you work on a success fee basis?
    Although we don’t practice success fee and thus offer one specific solution, we operate under a hybrid model – specifically, a fixed fee for a selected package, plus a fee for a scheduled investor intro call that makes us more committed and interested in your success.
  • How much commitment and personal time should I dedicate to the fundraising process with R8ZER?
    It’s our advantage to offer almost 100% outsourced fundraising process so that you just await and join for scheduled intro calls. We only need your time while at: 1) the 15-min Demo Call (Zoom or Google Meets), 2) confirm the investor list (sent by email or Slack) or share your carveout list instead, and 3) coordinate (email or Slack) and confirm a time slot for investor calls (calendar). Subject to the chosen package, you may also spend time reading and implementing our recommendations for your pitch deck and join for two hourly consulting sessions (usually before and after launch).
  • Can I trust my business email and LinkedIn account that are being used for approaching investors by R8ZER?
    Absolutely. Our outreach systems use a regular, secured sign-up process. Moreover, we usually encourage our clients to create an additional business email to spare your main email inbox. This new email account is then managed by R8ZER during the one-month package. As for the LinkedIn account, you integrate (sign-up) it personally so that we don’t have access to it but only automatically track progress via the dashboards.
  • Do investors know they are actually being approached by R8ZER?
    Absolutely not. The way our solution is organized make prospect investors feel that it's a well-researched and thoughtful outreach you personally made to find them and approach with fundraising offer. That's why R8ZER integrates your email and LinkedIn accounts and manages the process on your behalf.
  • What if the pre-interested investor has questions and clarifications before agreeing to an intro call?
    While it doesn’t often happen, if the context allows, we usually encourage to proceed to the intro call to discuss those then. Otherwise, we forward the investor’s questions for you to address promptly, as we all are interested in their positive decision to have an intro call.
  • What happens if a prospect investor is ready for an intro call, but they respond after the one-month package is completed? Should I still pay R8ZER for that scheduled intro?
    No, you don’t have to pay R8zer for this particular intro, should you receive it after the one-month package is completed. It is a great bonus our clients receive due to the nature of this fundraising and outreach process.
